first hollowing tools

>I'd like to get into hollow forms...maybe 9" in diameter and 12" deep. I am a hobby turner (on weekends only) and wonder which hollowing tools (there's a lot of them out there) I should look at to get started. Price is a factor but I don't want tools that are poor steel or poor compromises between price and usability.
