New Bowl *PIC*

Mark Kauder, Phenix City, AL
>Here is a new bowl that I have finally gotten around to finishing (I have 5 in the "Finishing" stages since Orlando).

It is 9" in diameter, lacquer finish. Bloodwood, Yellowheart and Canarywood. 24 Segments per ring, each ring 5/16" thick.

It is a design that has been whirling around in my head for a while. I was trying to make it look like flames raising up. I am thinking of doing another one with the colors reversed - Bloodwood on the bottom and Yellowheart on the top - but it might make the bottom look too heavy.

Critique appreciated.
