today was labor day, on the buffing wheel *PIC*

I literally have spent the entire day, save for exercise and walking the dogs, in the shop, sanding and buffing, sanding and buffing. Finished up a bunch of work, feels good. Done for the day, here's the last one I worked on. 5" wide maple burl, ebony collar.

Oops, I lied. I roughed out a big cherry form after taking a pic of my rig for Loose Tenon.
