>I called Oneway about a broken motor shaft on Tuesday a week ago. The new motor arrived today, 9 days later, with pulley and wiring attached, and it is installed and running.
Their only comment was that that shouldn't have happened. There were no questions, no hesitation, and no cost, even though the lathe had been in use for almost 5-years.
That is service to brag about.
