Turning topic for 5/26

>I know of several who are currently designing or building a dedicated area in their shop just for turning. I sorta have an area for turning but it blends into the rest of my shop and I think it is time to wall it in to conserve heat and contain flying chips (and larger objects). So, the topic is: "If you were building a turning room what would it contain and what would be moved outside the area?" Also, how large an area would be necessary? To limit things a bit let's say that this area will be used more than the rest of the shop and will be an income producing venture rather than just a hobby. We'll cover a mini-turning area later.
Thanks all
