Subject:
Curly Maple Hollow Vessel *PIC*

Dave Peebles Lyons, Ohio!
>Hello,

This is another turning of the nice Curly Maple I got a few weeks ago.

It was also turned green, and just buffed a couple of days ago. The finish is three coats of Waterlox, with 24 hours in between each coat. It sat for a week or so to cure, and then buffed with the Beall buffing wheels.

The best part of turning green is not only the ease of it, but the slight texturing of the surface as it dries. It seems to give it an almost organic feel.

The size is about 6" diameter by 4 1/2" tall

Thanks for looking,
Dave
