>I am a beginning wood turner, and I have made a few projects. One of the things I have been doing is rolling pins. For myself, I have just used mineral oil on them for the finish, however it seems now everybody is wanting one. I am wondering what are the different choices for food safe finishes. For a rolling pin it should be something that will discourage pastry and other foods from sticking to the finish.
