Subject:
Chainsaw Gas

Barbara Gill, Remlik VA
>We recently had to buy a new weed eater. We were cautioned not to use regular gas in the oil/gas mix. They recommended either the mid grade or high grade gas. This also applies to chainsaws. Apparently the regular gas has become so bad that it is causing problems with chainsaws, weed eaters and any other piece of equipment that uses the oil/gas mix.

Along the same lines but off topic, our mechanic said he is seeing fuel filters having to be changed more often because of the quality of the regular gas.
