I just bought two like new IV - Poles for $10 each. I'll try to post a photo. They currently have about 300 in stock!!!

The poles adjust from 6' to 8" tall (telescoping stainless steel).
The base is 22" in diameter and has six silky smooth rolling wheels.
The roung black frame has a diameter of 17" and is 34" above the floor.
Total weight is about 25 pounds and is extremely stable.

I'll add a round of plywood on the black frame, an upper round and make a rolling lathe chisel carousel for next to nothing! I may even put rare earth magnets on the upper round to hold the chisels in place.
