Turning Archive 2008
>Since it's a slow posting day and I can't find the cable for my camera to post the turning I made last night, I figured I'd post this instead.
Shot through the eyepiece of an 8" Orion Dobsonian scope with a 25mm eyepiece in at the time. Effectively 48x on a night of pretty good "seeing". Don't remember exactly what the exposure was, but the moon is usually shot at "sunny f/16", so I was close to that. When it gets "fuller", I'll make a more serious attempt. This was hand held at 1/60 sec, so it's a little soft.
