Neat Trick for Hunter Tools...

Steve Russell
>Hello to the group,

I found a neat way to keep all of the sawdust from getting impacted/stuck/concreted into the screw head hole in the setscrew for Hunter tools... I melt a bit of candle wax into the hole and let it harden. Excess wax gets abraded off, but most of it stays down in the hole, keeping it easily accessible when needed. A quick push or two with the driver and the wax is cleared out and you can easily loosen the screw to move the cutter head. This works so well that I use it on many of my hollowing tools now, so the allen screws stay clean. Take care and best wishes to all of you!

P.S. I sent this into the AAW mag as a tip, maybe it will get published...
