Revolving tail center question?

It occurred to me that if I had a revolving tail center that would accept a No.2 Morse taper, I could put my diver spur in it and it would free wheel. That way, I could orient the turning either way and still use the tail stock to center it.

Does anyone make a such a thing? Or, how about a drive spur that is made to fit some thing like the Oneway live center?
