Subject:
Air Line Filtering

Tommy Holmes
>I have just bought a 60 gallon air compressor for the shop. I'll be a few weeks getting it hooked up because of the 220 voltage and some other things I need to do before I put it in.
I plan on using it to power a NSK handpiece for piercing/engraving as well as sanding and blowing out hollow forms.
My question is what type filter(s) do I need to put in the line? Do I need to run a separate line or branch with an oil filter or coalescer to the handpiece?
Any and all thoughts are appreciated.
