>I am going to build a set of jumbo (cole) jaws for one of my Talon chucks and have found all the parts. The body of the jaws will be made from a sheet of phelonic I have and I plan to use rubber stoppers to hold the bowl.
My question is: what size rubber stopper should I use? They range in size from 8mm to 55mm in diameter. I am thinking that 10mm would be more than adequate for my purpose. These jaws will be used on a Jet mini, so the jaws will only be about 8" in diameter.
