Powermatic 4224 - need tailstock pic

>I'm rebuilding a Powermatic model 90, raising the headstock to get more swing, and adding a tailstock assembly from a 4224. Supposedly I got all the parts from Powermatic, but something seems missing. Specifically the cam that tightens the tailstock is 1 inch diameter, but the hole in the bolt that it goes through is 1 3/8. Seems to me there should be a bushing in there, but it is not in the manual and the guys at Powermatic Technical Support swear that there are no additional parts.

Can someone provide a picture of the tailstock bottom that shows all the parts?

Thanks in advance,
Mike
