Subject:
Goncalo alves box with chatterwork... *PIC*

Mike Stafford
>I think the thing I love most about woodturning is there no limit to the number of things one can learn about this hobby. I have been trying some new things of late. Among the new thing is chatterwork. I have tried it in the past with limited success but after some practice I have been able to get a few pieces that look almost halfway decent. This box in Goncalo alves is 2 3/8" in diameter and 3" tall. The second picture will show the chatterwork better. The chatterwork inlay is done in East Indian rosewood which I dyed with India ink.
