Bigtime gloat. . .

>I've been wanting a Sil-Air compressor for several years, but put off buying one because of the expense. However, this was my year to take the plunge and I finally had some time today to get into my shop and give it a try.

I bought the 100-24, 6 gallon tank model. It's the same size as the contractor's compressor I've been using for the past several years. All I had to do to set it up was to add the connector and air intake filters. Pretty easy, all-in-all.

How quiet is it? All I hear when it cycles on is a click as the motors kick on. Sweeeeet! My family is pretty happy about it, too, since my shop is in the basement next to the family room.
