Subject:
Can you describe your best customer?

Paul Zerjay
>This weekends art fair was a complete rainout, but while there, I learned what I look for in the crowd. When I see a middle aged lady, walking towards my booth by herself, with a handbag hanging from the shoulder, I know I have a potential customer. When they are with a man, its usually something like,"Oh your pieces are so beautiful." And the man says "Outstanding work, C'mon dear lets go." I think maybe its a macho thing where the man thinks he can go home and turn it himself. But a woman by herself will usually buy something.
