Source for Sanding Mandrels/disks

>I'm looking for 2 and 3" sanding mandrels or pads or disks. I want them with Hook and Loop and with Hex shafts with the cove around them that allows for snap in and snap out. And of course, I want them cheap.

What I want to do is set up about six of them in a little rack, one for each grit and then use a quick connect on my drill and switch mandrels rather than switching disks of sand paper. This would do several things. I think the H&L would last longer because it would get to cool off and because you would change the sand paper less often. Anybody got a better Idea?
