Subject:
Help on Variable Speed Lathe Article I Wrote

Mark Kauder, Phenix City, AL
>Quite a few years ago, I wrote a posting about how I changed my Jet Mini lathe to a variable speed lathe. And in conjunction with that thread, there were some postings about how to make this arrangement so that the motor is reversable.

I have the basic document, but no documentation on the reversing part. I am out in Arizona, and meeting with Carol "The Router Lady" Reed. She is trying to set her lathe up with one of these motors.

I know one of you out there must have better records than I do. You must have a copy somewhere on how to reverse this motor.

Help!!

If not, when I get back, I can probably take the lathe housing apart and figure it out.

Thanks, Gang

Mark
