Subject:
Resin Stabilizing

Ken Oakley-Sunny St. Cloud, Fla.
>In my most recent Rockler catalog they have wood burl pen blanks they claim are stabilized with resin. Must be something great because most types are $6.99 per blank that are 3/4" sq. and at least 5 1/4" long.
I sell blanks, mostly citrus woods, and feel lucky if I can get $1.00 ea. And mine are 13/16" sq by 6" long. Can somone explain the process of resin stabilization so I can charge more for my blanks?
