I bought a second-hand SN2 as part of a package to get a one month old Nova 1624 and I have a question....
Is there a way to allow the jaw slides to extend past the body of the chuck? On my Nova midi chuck, I never installed the screw which limits jaw travel. Therefore, I have a MUCH greater range of tenon sizes and recesses I could create without going to other jaws on the midi. I am fully aware that I run the risk of badly bashing my knuckles if I can do this. Is there a grub/set screw somewhere that I cannot see?
Thanks for your help,
