Subject:
Walnut birdhouse *PIC*

Curt Fuller
>I turned a birdhouse similar to this earlier this spring for a birdhouse contest at a local nature center. Since then I've had several folks ask me to make one for them. One is actually even a paying customer. This is from a walnut log. It's 20" tall and about 11" wide at the eaves. The finish is a couple doses of thompson waterseal with some spar urethane over that (hopefully somewhat water resistent).
