Who makes custom face plates?

>Some years ago I had a outboard face plate made for a Powermatic 90 with a really odd thread count. I cannot find anything in my notes about who it was that did it for me. I believe he had a small shop in Florida. The work was fine and I'd like to use him again. I just re-acquired a wash post turning lathe I sold 15 or so years ago. This one is maybe turn of the century, 1899 not 1999 and in fair shape. Unfortunately it was stored in a shed that leaked and needs some TLC before I put it to use truing up stool seats and dishing same. TIA for any help you can give me.
