Subject:
Rouleau box in big leaf maple.... *PIC*

Mike Stafford
>Several people have posted these three-sided Rouleau forms and I decided I needed to try my hand at turning one. I visited Cindy Drozda's site for some information on how to lay one out and here is my attempt. I found the photographing of this shape more difficult than the turning as I could not find an angle that showed the form very well. When it is open and on its side the classic Rouleau triangle is evident. This box is 2 3/8" at its widest and 2 3/4" tall. Feel free to critique the form and the photo. I am particularly interested in suggestions as to how best position the box for photos so you can better see the shape.
