Subject:
Drill Rod. Allen Neighbors, you ...

Ed Moore
>gave me the push I needed to put a 5/16" piece of oil-hardening drill rod on my Oneway 1018 tool rest. I don't know how it will work, but it looks good and the PC-7 is still setting. I managed to break a piece on the banjo this morning and while I am waiting for the replacement to arrive from Oneway I figured the rest could cure and I wouldn't be inconvenienced.

I don't know if you saw my post late in your thread or not, but Brent English has been putting drill rod on the Robust tool rests. He sent me one to test drive and it worked great, so I encouraged him to continue with it.

So, I thank you for the push. ;^D
