>This is a Red Cedar platter and it it's about 13" across and about 3" deep. The finish is about what you see; cedar sands out quite nicely and it feels velvety. However, cedar is a bit prone to some tear-out even when sanding and this has a very little bit.
I think I have this piece priced at $129 CAD. at our local art gallery. I'm a little biased but I think it is a well done piece of work. I note some of the prices some of our posters here are commanding and I wonder 'huh' I must be really undercutting the going prices. Comments??
