Subject:
Cutting Crystal glass

Ken George
>I have been asked to make turned stems for 2 champagne flutes to be used for a wedding toast. I have cut the stems off of inexpensive glass goblets using a file and a gentle tap. Since these flutes are not cheap, $40 each, I am a little reluctant to use the same technique. Anyone know the best method to cut the stem off of these full lead crystal goblets?
Thanks,
Ken
