Subject:
Gluing Question

Bob Moffett
>I have been learning to make some hollow forms turning endgrain. I have been coring out part of the end to make it easier to hollow the inside. I have been gluing back the top after the bottom is hollowed and the inside of the top is shaped and have been successfully using Titebond III to glue the wood together (green wood). Tonight I went to work on one that I had glued up last night and after finish turning the top, the glue joint came loose and the top fell off. Should I be using a different type of glue to get better results. This is the first one I have had to fail, but I haven't done that many.
Thanks in advance for ya'lls help.
