>I just returned from Berlin, Germany and I thought I'd share a picture I took while walking around last weekend.
This picture was taken by Schloss Charlottenburg, which was a Royal residence to the King and his wife. This picture looks up the street with the palace behind me, and I do not know what these trees are, but there were two rows of them on either side of the island.
The city is lined with linden and sycamore, and these are definitely not sycamore. I wondered if the tress burled as a result of injuries sustained during WWII?
There was a museum dedicated to Picasso, Matisse, and Miro that I wandered through, but I have to say that I enjoyed this "scene" more than most people would.
