Buying Sander

>My stationary belt/disc sander (1/3 hp) burned up today and want to buy a new sander. Willing to pay up to $200 - $250 for the new one. Do I buy:
1a) another belt/disc unit @ my max budget (maybe Sears or Delta - 6" belt/9"disc)
1b) another belt/disc unit $99 (4" belt/6"disc)
2) Disc sander (12")
3) Oscillating Edge/Belt Spindle Sander (Ridgid)

I don't do any heavy sanding just what I need to flatten and trim pieces I'm going to turn and light duty home projects. I appreciate all comments.
