Purple sea urchin ornaments *PIC*

>In a thread below I asked a question about removing glue from sea urchin shells. I was asked to post a picture and here is one. These are purple sea urchin shells. The larger and lighter colored shell has a purpleheart finial and icicle. The smaller and darker purple ornament has an ebony finial and icicle.

I don't know who came up with the idea of making ornaments from sea urchin shells, but I think it was Bill Noce who had some beautiful ones at the 2005 OVWG Symposium. And those were the first I saw. Recently I was given a beautiful ornament by Don Riggs of CAW, and that got me started.
