A new near miss....

>I had a bit of a scare today while making Christmas presents. I was using my little Jet mini, which is sitting an a huge work table. I set my skew down on the table & it rolled off the edge. I am AFRAID of the edge of the skew. It's SHARP & pointy. I was able to grab the handle of said skew, whew- that will save a bunch of sharpening/honing time. Then I realized I was wearing sandels. The skew would have landed pointy end down on my poor little toesies! DUMB. Very, very dumb.

Lessons learned again:

1. Never wear sandels in the shop.

2. I need to build a tool rack or put an edge on my table.

Look ma, I have ten toes!
