Subject:
Merci bowl-coup *PIC*

Mike Hamilton
>My second daughter is headed to Paris for the Fall semester this Saturday. She will be living with a French family. Yesterday she asked if I could make something she could take as a present to her host family. Geez, no pressure there...and where in the gene pool did she get the procrastination?

I took one stab at a bottle stopper, decided I needed more practice, and dove into the pile of rough turned bowls.

Cherry , 6.5 inches by 4 (just stumbled into the golden ratio). No finish yet and needs a bit of hand sanding touch up.

Feel free to provide critique on form, I need all the help I can get in order to get better.
