AAW Symposium Rotation Suggestions?

Mark Kauder, Phenix City, AL
>Well, Like a kid in a candy store, once again I am going over the 2006 AAW Symposium Rotation schedule with my highlighter. Yellow = Things of interest, Red = No interest, Green = Final decision on that rotation. I always have a fallback demo for each rotation - if all else fails, there is always the vendor gallery.

I normally try to see:
1) Something that is definately in my skill and interest range - example Curt Theobald's "Wood Movement in Segmented Turnings".

2) Someone Famous that I have not seen before - example: Stuart Mortimer "Indroduction to Spiral Work".

3) A friend that I want to support - Keith Tompkins and Molly Winton.

4) Something I have no interest in doing, but what to know how the heck they do that - Keith Tompkins "Turning the Rose".

5) And finally - something recommended by someone as a "Do Not Miss" It the relm, I alway put demos by Jimmy Clewes, or Stuart Batty.

Along those lines, I would like to know if any of you have recommendations for this years rotations?

Mark
