Home safe and sound from the Gathering

keith zimmerman, Normal IL
>I made it home late last night after spending Friday and Saturday driving through the mountains of north Georgia and western North Carolina, then the Great Smoky Mountains.

I have to say that the Gathering was an amazing experience. The level of learning possibilities, the generosity of everyone, and the incredible sharing of information was unsurpassed. I learned so much that it's going to take me a while to absorb it all.

I believe I am truly a fortunate person for attending this event. I made or renewed so many friendships that it is impossible to name all the names. You all know who you are. My heartfelt thanks go out to each and every one of you. I am already looking forward to the next Gathering.

I would be remiss if I failed to thank TD, Elaine, and Mitch. Their hosting this event was a monumental task, and it came off incredibly well.

Thanks also must go out to all those that shared wood with me. I have a lot of new possiblities to turn with.
