Subject:
$$ Saving Options

Rick Davenport
>In my short experience I have found items sold in specialty turning catalogs can sometimes be found elsewhere for lots less $$.
For example, I looked into a buying turning smock. I ended up getting a golf "wind shirt" with ribbed collar and sleeves for $25.oo at a local discount sporting goods store.
And I looked at the $10 pen insertion tools advertised in most catalogs and decided to use a bamboo chopstick instead. I just whittle off the glue buildup. I haven't had to replace the free chopstick yet.

All you experienceder folks out there:
What are some money saving ideas you have found that we could all benefit from??
