Turning Archive 2006
>Would someone be kind enough to explain some of the remarks I've heard recently about Cocabolo (sp) Wood? I think I'm getting the idea that some are allergic to it? Is that it?
I've been turning for two days on a small hollowform...(had to stop twice to make more tools..) and so far haven't had any trouble with it, except that it popped loose from the poplar waste block it was glued to.
Just help me to be aware of the hazards involved in this beautiful wood. Thanks, in advance.
