Mgurure pentagon bowl *PIC*

Colin Spencer
>Another one in my 5 sided bowl series. This one is made from Mgurure it is 5" in diameter 2 1/4" tall and 1/8" thick. This was one small piece of wood that I bought somewhere sometime ago. I wish I had more. It was a joy to turn, the wood is very hard, cuts well and with sharp tools needed little sanding. It is finished with sanding sealer and Renaissance wax and then buffed.

I have exchanged this piece with Chris Kuehn after his thread a few weeks ago about turners exchanging items.
