Looking For T. Daniel

>Terry,

I was looking thru the archives, & saw some mention of you turning & holding the handle down, low. Do you try to make your gouge grind to imitate Ellsworth's signature grind? And, Have you seen his video/CD about the way he uses his bowl gouge?

I mentioned these things in order to ask you, if you rough your bowls inside, & out, & then finish turn them, by holding the handle down low, during the entire process?

As, opposed to Ellsworth's method of using his signature gouge, by holding it more level, or horizonal, for the roughing cuts, but, uses the one gouge for the entire process.

I'm just trying to figure out, or, rather asking how much your style differs from the way Ellsworth does it, in his Signature Bowl gouge use video?

Thanks,
W.C.
