Subject:
Spalted maple hollowform *PIC*

Ed Kelle
>6" diameter. This has quite a few wormholes which I filled with epoxy and coffee grounds. Hollowed thru a 2" opening which was still a challenge for me. Ebonized walnut collar to go with the nice dark spalting lines. A bit flatter on the top of the form, but it was good practice anyhow. Finished with Deft then knocked down with steel wool to give a more natural appearance.

Any thoughts on this one?
