Subject:
Tailstock Troubles

Ryan Dicker in Renfrew, Ontario
>Hi,

I seem to have run into a problem with my tailstock not being able to tighten against a piece. Once the center begins to extert any pressure on the piece, the handwheel no longer moves the quill ahead. Either the handle has become loose or the tailstock screw is stripped. I have a General International Mini (25-100) that is still under warrentee.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Ryan
