Subject:
Jet 18" Bandsaw Bearing ???

Nick Stagg
>I've had the bandsaw for a little over a year and I've replaced the upper guide bearings once and the lower guide bearings twice. Is this a common problem with this saw? I don't over use it and keep it as dust free as possible. The bearings on it now are sealed.
I use Suffolk skip tooth blades, and, yes, a lot of my wood is wet

Unless I'm doing some thing wrong, I don't see how the lower guide bearings can be accurately adjusted with out removing the table.

I could use some feed back.

Thanks, Nick
