Speaking of buttoning up a shop

Carole Valentine
>My cousin was telling me about some stuff that a guy put in the ceiling of his garage. It is apparently a white skinned foam board that acts as both ceiling and insulation. It is pressed onto metal studs in the joists and then a "cap" is put over the stud that locks it in place? Has anyone seen this stuff? Sounds like something I might be able to do alone since foam is so much lighter than drywall or ply. ANY sort of ceiling would make all the difference in the world in my shop and I can't afford to hire anyone to do it.
