Thompson Skew

>I recently got a new 1/2" Thompson Skew for doing ornaments. I put it to use this weekend. What a great tool!! I was using it on Walnut boxes rather than ornament finials. Walnut normally dulls a skew pretty quickly, but not this one. When you sharpen it, it is really sharpe and holds a great edge. I also have his 3/8", 1/2" spindle gouge and detail gouge. I'm sold on his tools! They are the best. BTW, I'm not affiliated with Doug Thompson and have no financial interest in his business, just a very happy customer.
