Too much of a good thing... *PIC*

>A little while ago, I posted about woodturning karma. Well, now we're on to too much of a good thing. I went to visit the tree I mentioned, and frankly, I don't know what to do. It's on the woman's front yard, basically 5 feet off of the 50MPH 2 lane.

I would take as much as I could carry, but the truth is, you won't be carrying too much of this. The picture kind of tells why. This crotch section is 5 feet across and the stump is at least 4 feet. I picked up a half section from one of the leaders (with every ounce of strength I own) and it just about filled the truck. It had to be over 200 pounds...

Oh, yeah- the reason is that the whole tree is curly! top to bottom... and all the way through.

I also grabbed 2 crotches. As you can see there's more for the taking, but I can't see going back. It's just not moveable.
