I can't understand going to the meetings for the purpose of watching someone else turn. Makes me scratch my head, because watching turning isn't the world's most interesting thing to do.

It's the one thing that has always kept me from joining in the past. If you go to a meeting and haven't said something in the 2+ hours, you probably haven't grown. I understand that not everyone is going to be an expert, but everyone can participate.

I'm always looking for way to engage folks. Let's keep the ideas flowing...
