California dentists use suanas and soaking wet assistants to attract business and as an excuse to raise rates :-) And, as you know, we Brits are pretty stange sometimes ....

Seriously, I was a little suprised to find that I had used that expression, as I realise it's not very common in the USA. It basically means that the person is very light (and perhaps, but not necessarily, short.) There is some disagreement (I looked it up) as to if it means naked and wet or fully clothed and wet, but that's a pretty anal analysis.
