>The bottom photo is just wrong. Those angles are both greater than 180 degrees, which , of course, couldn't cut anything. The only proper way to interpret those diagrams is that one is to understand that --obviously -- the angle must be less than 180 and that the arrows are there simply to show which edges define the interior, acute, angle.
