When you are coring out a vase... say one where you're going to save the core for making pens or a smaller vase, how do you part it from the outside piece? Am I missing something... or do you core it into a cone shape, to a small enough diameter that you can break it off the same as a bowl core?
I think I may have answered my own question. :o)
